In these VIP info channels, only the admin, i.e. the BLS AG employees, can publish, so there are nounnecessary comments, smileys and photos as known from other "annoying" WhatsApp groups.

Participation or entry into a VIP customer group is of course free of charge and without any obligation. It is possible to leave this VIP Info Channel at any time, but re-entry is not possible afterwards.

Each WhatsApp VIP customer channel can accommodate up to 256 participants, after which we will replace the link below to another group.
