Delivery time
The delivery time for articles is usually 1 to 3 working days from receipt of payment. We ship in 24 hours from receipt of payment

Forwarding items
Some items are shipped as forwarding items due to their size or weight. A delivery date will be arranged with you by the forwarding agent.

Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in the shopping cart when you order online and will be communicated personally by our employees when you place your order by telephone. If you have provided us with your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will receive confirmation of the delivery time again. We also use your e-mail address to provide you with other helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and returns confirmations or free payment reminders.

Delays
If some articles are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.

Shipment splitting
If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, i.e. you will receive the available items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation that your order will be sent out in several packages.

Logistics partner
The ordered articles are packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

Tracking
You can find out the current status of your parcel at any time using your parcel ID number/consignment number if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on tracking in your delivery confirmation by e-mail or from our customer service by phone.
