With the payment method "German Lawyer Escrow Account" you transfer the invoice amount of the order sum to the escrow account of a German law firm at a German credit institution. If you do not object within one week after sending the goods, the law firm will pay the money to us. If you raise an objection and we consider the objection justified, we will arrange for the amount including the handling fee to be transferred back to you. If we consider the objection to be unfounded, we will arrange for the money to be paid back to us. In this case you have the right to take normal legal action against us. For reasons of the legal profession, you are not entitled to ask the law firm for repayment of the amount.
