Conclusion of the contract
Contracts on this Internet offer can only be concluded in German.
You make a binding offer to purchase from BLS AG when you have gone through the online ordering process by entering the information requested there and click on the "Send order" button in step 5. After you have sent your order, we shall send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order by us and listing its details. This order confirmation is at the same time a binding confirmation of purchase. The contract is concluded with the sending of this order confirmation and is independent of the subsequent delivery.
This binding purchase contract is valid through the online agreement and is not only valid with delivery of goods. Due to incurred advertising costs for new customers to various portals such as Google, etc. is here an already valid purchase agreement as agreed.

Storage of the contract text
Your order data will be stored in our company. If you wish to receive this in printed form, you can print out the "order confirmation". This appears on your screen after you have sent the order. If you have given us your e-mail address, you will also receive all relevant data of your order by e-mail, which can also be printed out.
Right of return
You can return the received goods without giving reasons within two weeks by sending back the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g. bulky goods) can you also declare the return by requesting the return in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the request for return in time. In any case, the return is at your own expense and risk. Consequences of return
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) must be surrendered. In the event of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could reduce their value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of the goods or the request to take back the goods, for us with the receipt. Discounted articles and special offers are excluded from exchange. The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment, as we also offer free shipping.

Prices and delivery, payment options
All prices are in EURO, include the legal VAT of 7.7% and do not include shipping costs. The price at the time of the order is valid. For deliveries to third countries such as Germany, Austria or other EU countries the VAT is not applicable. calculation.
Delivery will only be made within the available countries as listed in our offer, including Germany, Austria etc. We will inform you about our delivery time in the respective order process. If the delivery time indicated there cannot be kept, we will inform you by e-mail.

Shipping costs
All orders over 50 EUR value of goods will be shipped free of shipping costs. For orders below 49.99 EUR value of goods, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 4.90. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage/freight and packaging, BLS AG will pay the rest. In exceptional cases we have to charge a higher lump sum. This will be shown accordingly. If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment should be made in several stages, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.
Terms of payment
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

- Installment purchase: with Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the conditions specified in the checkout. - Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit assessment. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of the address and credit check within the scope of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Warranty
If delivered items should have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please complain to us about such defects immediately. Failure to do so, however, has no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the legal warranty period of 2 years, the legal claims apply at your choice.
Retention of title
The goods shall remain the property of BLS AG until payment has been made in full.
Payment, due date, default of payment
The payment of the goods can be made either by direct debit, on account or by credit card. BLS AG reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment in individual cases or to use the payment method of advance payment.
Payment by sending cash or cheques is unfortunately not possible. We exclude any liability for loss.
In the case of payment by direct debit, the debit will be made approx. 14 days after the invoice date. In case of payment by credit card, the direct debit is made after the goods have been shipped. In case of possible returns the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly.
